Anyways a quick update. Stopped gym two weeks ago and the itching and inflammation has slowed down dramatically. The shed however hasn't stopped but yes it has slowed.
Naah man I know DHT has no effect on muscle growth.
But systemic levels of testosterone do increase after workouts. Systemic DHT will rise. I am talking keeping muscle out of the equation.
Idk man every body reacts differently.

Ever since I started hitting the gym and doing simple basic one hour cardio, my hair went into shedding phase. The itch returned and now the whole scalp is inflamed again. I thought it was just some bad...
Naah man the shed is actually the inflammation caused by DHT resulting in your immune cells attacking your own hair. Dandruff is just the outcome of the shed.
My question is does the synchronized shed occur with the itch?
Same thing is happening with me. Got amazing thickness around 4th month. Losing gains during 5th month now. Maybe another shedding phase.
Does your scalp itch during this period?
