I think your best bet is paying up for meds (propecia, minoxidil etc) and hoping for the best

Just bringing this post back.. I'm still on the propecia and rogaine Not much regrowth but I'd say I've not lost anymore hair.. it's been over a year now. Is it time I do something different?
