What is hair transplant again?

thanks! and yeah re-growth is the main thing. I want to have my old hairline back from like, 3 years ago or so. straight.

I'm currently 22 years old, few months until i'm 23, and I've been experiencing some pretty bad receding hairline. I read some topics in this section before posting, but I want to get the people's opinion about it. How bad is it, and is there any hope of saving me? :\ Sucks just talking about...
