Honestly I don't think so. My scalp is red when I scratch my crown hair, but I don't see any hair lose. Same goes to every part of my hair that I scratch when it tickles me.

Receding a little bit on temples it's normal.... we all get a mature hairline anyway. But your hairline is damaged as far I can see, go to a dermatologist and ask him what you can get. Finasteride or Minoxidil . It depends.
