Ok thanks. What should I do for main frontal area? Finasteride may be insufficent to maintain frontal area.

Your problem may be minoxidil shedding. Minoxidil doesnt always provide hair sometimes it causes shedding but later this problem is solved.

Is can be good micro needling without minoxidil? Because when I look at the minoxil users there is good gain in first months but later shedding cycle hits hairline.
