Yeah, the crown definitely worried me too. Though the back of my head is essentially touching a bulb, you can sort of make out a pattern. Appreciate the feedback so far guys!

Just curious to what everyone thinks. Loss became apparent at 21(now 24), and I’ve been on Finasteride for a little over a year now(1mg/d) with no sign of improvement. Is a hair transplant a viable solution? Even if the situation worsened while on finasteride?
