so anything to do about that ? to stop it or at least slow the process

Minoxidil ( you have to use it 2 times a day and keep using it regularly ) , or Finasteride ( knowing that it can have side effects like the sexual ability/desire that may occur ) , so start with minoxidil , if it still progress try the Finasteride

for me , it's not that terrible , more a mature hairline then balding , keep an eye on it if it progress
