As someone who started the same regime just a week and a half ago, I can also confirm the same ´tingling´ sensations just hours after taking it. I kept on having these for a couple of days (Altough especially when thinking about it) but now they seem to have gone.

Could there be some added benefit of letting the dried blood stay in place for some time instead of wiping it off after dermarolling? Or even repeated rollings over the same area to get as much blood flowing? Also I am now like 7 weeks in, and I think I am seeing a couple of longer vellus hairs...

I have not noticed any shed. On the contrary, my hair is much thicker right after the usage of Nizoral.

I also still have an itchy scalp after my transplant. I doubt it has anything to do with the nizoral but more with the wound healing process after the transplant. I still have the occasional itch even at 3 months in. FYI I never had this itch prior to the transplant even though I used nizoral...

Is it me or does it look like your temples are also filling in a bit?

Yes, I forgot to mention one important aspect, I am on Minoxidil for 9 months now. So it could very well be the Minoxidil kicking in, altough I have to say I never had a shed with Minoxidil and I only felt the thickening in my crown after using the dermaroller. I also just very recently started...

Yea that's why I've been playing it safe. I think I will wait a year or so before even coming close to the recipient area. I had a procedure of 2500 grafts and had it done in Turkey. The clinic I went to only performed FUE. Besides, I wouldn't want to risk having a visible strip scar on the back...
