What treatment would you recommend?

I'm trying scalp massages, coconut oil (topical and internal) same goes with pumpkin seed oil, and as stupid as it may sounds: nail rubbing. I don't even know if any of these methods make a difference. Nevertheless, I'll keep going to see where it takes me with the hair loss :)
