I'm just curious, what is the point of taking a dose so small? Did you get sides? Or do you just feel more comfortable taking a super small dose?

Well maybe I should correct to juice, a smoothie is a bit much. I suppose I'm just super paranoid about sides. It seems everyone with severe/permanent sides gets them after quitting.
