I was wondering if you use to much Dandruff shampoo with Selenium Sulfide if that causes hair loss and if so can the hair regrow? How long will it take?

I'm 16 and I already know that I'm balding, it sucks but I've gotten over it. This thing is idk why I am, No one in my family is bald, I have a pretty good diet, I don't stress a lot and I get an ok amount of sleep.
