Do you think a zero guard will look better than how it looks now? Or should i stick with a higher guard for the meantime

Hey Im 22, new to this forum and for a long time I have heavy diffuse thinning.. should I buzz cut my head or will it look worse? I attached some pics. Under light its clearly obvious im balding though in regular settings it looks fine. Thanks for the advice guys
