On the Nizoral, after reading around the net it seems to have a following, however I do not know how to use it. I mean, it suggests twice a week. So: a) Do I use anything on the other days? Or do I only wash twice a week? b) What about conditioner? Please, any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.
