It's expensive in the UK on prescription as it's not covered on the NHS, cheapest I could find was to order a 24 week supply at £30 a month. A doctor does an assessment online and contacts your GP, this was through Boots/Superdrug I checked anyway for Propecia

Or would I be better getting a prescription?

Thanks for the responses guys, I know it is entirely individual so I'd have to either try it or not. I'm still on the fence, some days I think my hair looks fine and other days I feel really insecure about it.

Are you saying I have a lot of hair loss?

I have been reading up on it and I'm a little worried for two reasons: 1. The potential side effects of low libido and 2. some people claim that it made their hairline worse. Have you had any experience with it on your frontal hairline?
