i might be going on propecia is it worth to take tricomin to maintain what i have

ive noticed my hair loss to get pretty bad over the last 3 years thinning up top but thick on the sides, im wondering if tricomin is worth the money to slow or even stop the thinning so i dont go bald, PLEASE HELP!!!
