I'd like to speak or email anyone who has done a hair transplant with Dr Hasson in Vancouver. I'm planning a hair transplant there later this year and would like to get as much feedback as possible from former patients of his, good or bad, before committing to it. It's interesting you should say that; I wrote to Rahal asking for a link to some documented video evidence of results and to interview a past patient. It was the first email of several that they did not respond to. I think I'm on the right track opting for H&W now.

My vertex is fairly filled in now. It had gotten quite thin, with the hair losing thickness and density. I will try to upload some photos again when I do an update of the photos originally posted.

Yeah, MSM definitely helps a lot. I even have more hair growing around my eyebrows, which is not ideal, but will put up with it. Does anyone know a good mild shampoo to use when not using nizoral? I've been using Johnsons baby shampoo, but would like to find something milder if possible.

Yes, you are right, the MSM I take does include Vitamin C, though I wasn't aware it helps it absorb better.

I found that 0.25 mg finasteride was pretty good at maintaining. I also didn't want to risk the side effects associated with larger doses.

2% Nizoral. Currently on HealthAid MSM, but don't think the brand matters much as this is the second brand I've tried - can't remember the name of the first one.

Yes, 0.25 mg finasteride daily. Seemed to work well for over a year, started to lose a bit at end of second year, that's when I started the MSM, minoxidil and Nizoral.

I live in the UK - I buy it online at shops like Pharmacy2U or Phoenix Pharmacy. Many similar ones available if you look around in the states.

Still taking 1/4 mg finasteride every day. I recommend MSM, I think it's made a big difference.
