Some unknown clinic in Turkey. What can I do about it?

hi all, I'm new to this forum, live in Belgium, 30 years old. Had hair loss around 20. I've had 2 FUE hair transplant's years ago by amateurs, as you can in the pictures my donor area has been severely damaged...you can see white dots when shaved or millimetered. what can I do about it?
