Anyone have experience with this? I only want a piece that covers my crown.
2 Reasons:
1) It allows me to focus my next hair transplant only on reinforcing the front without caring about the bald spot. Whenever I do my final hair transplant, it will be a FUE in the crown + scar fill-in. That way I won’t have to cut...
lol, the problem is many newbies don't understand that RU is an Anti-Androgen, while finasteride/dutasteride are 5AR-Inhibitors. They assume finasteride/dutasteride are also AA's. Then they come here and don't understand why people are incredulous they would consider drinking it even though people take oral finasteride/dutasteride (and for...
Winlevi will be 1%. We need 7.5%. You're really gonna make the switch? I want the legit stuff too, but I just don’t see how it can be applied with efficacy
Idk if that would work. Also not an option for me. Already 5,000 grafts and very little non transplant hair remaining on my head now. It’s imperative I use it in the little remaining areas of native hair in the hopes I could prevent that loss. Also imperative I use where I’ve lost native hairs...
If you switched in the name of science why not do 7.5% twice a day as in the highest dosage of the trial? I understand if it’s for cost purposes as that’s why I don’t use it Bc I’m not willing to spend $1,000s on unverified research chemicals, but that didn’t seem to be The case for you...
Edit: nvm, sonic confirmed below he was referring to different cases, not mine
I’m not sure but l sonic might be referring to me on the liposomal
if so I want to clarify, I didn’t do a true before Bc I’m using tests from years ago as my before. Sorry, I should’ve don’t it for y’all but I’ve...
I feel like I’m reading my own words. I’m all for scalp biopsy. Just have no clue where to do it.
I am going to get back on a tiny dosage of RU in 1 week. I was ok when I did it along with TRT, but when I got off TRT I got bad sides—weird heart sh*t.
at this point maybe I should’ve stayed on...
Not sure about the Glaxo studies but obviously it’s much more risky for sexual health and many who tolerated finasteride did not tolerate dutasteride so those studies are bunk. Just want to say that so no lurkers are confused (referring to the oral meds, not the topicals)
Yeah I meant I’m still waiting for blood test results. Will be interesting to see. Actually will be relieved if I see a small DHT decrease just to know the product is legit.
Still waiting for results. If anything, I’d say my hair loss has gotten worse since starting. I know it’s early to tell. I also feel this is my last hope since I have no side effects so at best it will eventually halt this and at worst just cause me to be where I’d have been in a year or 2...
I’m planning to get bloodwork tomorrow to check how topical dutasteride is impacting my levels. I was planning to just do it through a T clinic and pay out of pocket for DHT somewhere else (they won’t write the DHT script—I think they know insurance balks at it Bc they know it’s cosmetic).
But now I...
Pigeon, how long does it take after needling for scalp to no longer be porous? 12 hours? 12 days? I just have no idea. Was considering taking the day after I apply topical dutasteride but idk if it’ll still be raw a week later when I reapply next dose.
