I’ve been using finasteride in Rogaine for about two years but I stop so I’m starting again. I do have a derma roller that I could start using. I was also using biotin but I stop so I’ll start that up again too. If I continue can I see your good change in the thinning?

Is there too much hair for a transplant?

Everywhere else is pretty good. I have a lot of gray now so there is a bit of transulsent growth in front but hair is still there.

I am 58 years old. I’m rather upset because it seems that the thinning in my crown is spreading. I am using finasteride and rogaine. I am trying to use Rogaine twice a day morning and night. Are there any other steps I can take to help my thinning crown get thicker hair?
