My case testifies that at the end of the day, unfortunately, it’s about androgen receptor sensitivity, not DHT level per se. Dutasteride (especially at 2.5 mg ED) obliterates DHT but you will still continue to bald if your receptors get upregulated.

Weirdly enough my hairline didn’t seem to move back on dutasteride, despite reading such cases like yours on reddit. For me dutasteride obliterated my hair in a diffuse linear pattern, at the crown the most:

Did your facial/body hair got denser? I think this whole nigthmare has do with androgen receptors getting upregulated as Dutasteride tanks DHT. Not sure what to do though, dropping DHT inhibitors means 100% certainty of balding
