I've seen tons of people who have gotten insane results from minoxidil and finasteride both by themselves and combined. Granted most people just seem to get maintenance but their are definitively people who get almost all their hair back (vast majority being diffuse thinners though)

Yeah that is what i'm trying to do, i'm 27 and had a completely smooth face before i started applying minoxidil to it and now i have hair growing all over my face so at least it works there! I'm thinking a decent beard could at least be a nice compensation for the slowly receding hairline!
