Why don't you just use a moisturiser with Spf in it? Most anti-aging moisturisers will have spf 15-20 in them. Depends what you skin type is and where you live though but for most that should be enough for everyday wear.

You may not go bald. Not everyone who recedes goes bald. People stop at NW3/4. But as mentioned - best to look at your family, that is a good indicator. And start with finasteride.
