im taking estrogen..propecia..silica+ fungoral and rogaine once everyday. i think propecia..silica+ fungoral are the most important...i think it gives the health back to the hair. the hormones has helped some but not as much as one would expect estrogen doesnt really do much for the hair except...

i havent had gender correction surgery yet. we have a real life period that takes a few years in sweden som i not there yet so i still take the propecia.

ok i stoppped smoking a week ago. im a heavy smoker..damn i loved to smoke...i really did. anyhow i stopped it and pow! only a few days later it started sprouting new black hairs all along the hairline! i sh*t you not...it freaking boosted the regrowth probably the better blood flow...

i past 1 year mark yesterday,pics have been delayed because my camera finally gave up one me. i will post comparison pics as soon as i have a new camera.

i use biotin and it adds growth to hair...my nails grows like insane same for eyebrows and body hair..i think it helps hair on head growth also but slower pace

8 month mark,took new pictures and compared them to last month..no change so wont bother posting them. i realised that the baseline pics i took hade a angle from the front when shooting the sides..so taken some from that angle today though. cant make up my mind if im losing or winning...
