My hair is the exact same way, most likely stress due to chronic illness. Would rogaine get it back to normal? Could I discontinue use once it does? Or should I just stick to Nizoral as well?

If I did have Telogen Effluvium, would something like Rogaine help to boost the regrowth and then I could discontinue use? Or would that do more damage than good?

I haven't showered yet today but I do wash my hair daily, I use head and shoulders because I do get dandruff. My head has been itchy off and on during this mysterious thinning phase.
