It's been five years, and I'm still on the big 3.
Just wanted to chime in and say I've been able to maintain about the same amount of hair of when I first started.
No major side effects, but I do experience brain fog from time to time. Although that could be because of some other issues not...
Not too good. Probably about as good as when I first started =|.
I think it has something to do with me getting lazy on applying minoxidil (I've been only applying it 1x a day, sometimes I completely forget the past several months). When I was having success, I was doing it religiously 2 times...
So I wasn't patient enough with the coconut or emu oil to know if it worked or not.
It was just too messy for my liking, left my scalp extremely oily, about 10X worse than applying minoxidil.
I've been inconsistent with applying minoxidil in the past and I wanna see if that's the reason for my...
I bought the emu oil called "pure emu oil" from amazon, and the coconut oil I already had laying around the house. Coconut oil shouldn't be hard to find though.
But like I mentioned earlier, I don't know how much it's working or if it's actually working at all. I need to wait it out longer to...
Been a while since I updated this.
I just added emu oil and coconut oil to my regime about 2 week ago. I apply them once every other day. It's too early to tell but it "feels" like it's working. Hair appears to be a little thicker, but it could just seem that way because my hair is longer...
The Big 3 just isn't cutting it anymore.
I'm still shedding hairs everyday (which is normal, I know) but I want to get to the point where barely any hairs come out at all.
I know it's possible to get to that point because a few months into the Big 3, I was there.
Has anyone had any success...
I'm in the same boat bro.
I've been on the Big 3 for over a year. I responded REALLY well at first. Grew all my hair back for about a month. But then I shedded and was back to square one.
Now my hair is just as bad as when I started 13 months ago.
And to the poster above me, aware me on...
Thanks for the helpful info.
I've been on the big 3 for a little over a year, and my diffuse thinning is getting worse and worse.
I'm gonna add spironolactone to my routine and see if it makes a difference. You said you ordered it from this website?
I've used dermmatch in the past but it gets way too messy and is hard to apply.
Toppik sounds like a nice alternative but I'm way too active.. I've read some horror storries about using toppik and sweating.
I use kirkland's minoxidil, and I apply 1 ml on a dry scalp.. twice a day.
