I know exactly what your talking about.. I valued my mental state too much to continue..... Whats the sense of having hair if you don't feel like yourself..... ive tried lower doses, same issue...
Maybe try Chromoglycate / Indomethacin...... It worked for me in stopping/slowing...

try using some pgd2 blockers and experimenting with new stuff...... in the end your life is not dictated by your hair....

i cant catch a break with the sides... everything i take i get sides... makes no sense....
On the flip side, im a very good responder to most medications, just need a combo that doesn't effect my daily thinking habits, i need my brain for real life, hair or not..

i switched over to iron dragon pgd2 blocker , i saw someone had decent success with it on the other hairloss forum...
i figured it does the same exact thing...
Maybe try a PGD2 blocker, ive been on iron dragon pgd2 blocker for about 2/3 weeks and have noticed shedding decreased by 80/90%...
Only side effect has been a headache and slight drowsiness (not nearly as bad as CET (zyrtec)....
