I tried some Kirlkand Minoxidil 5%, twice a day but found I got some lumps at the back of my head on the right side where the neck connects. I guess these are lymph nodes. Does this mean I can't use and kind of minoxidil or is there a solution to stop the lymph nodes reacting?

I got confirmation from the company "Its imported from China.... contains ~22-24% isopropyl alcohol".
This doesn't mean it's no good, lots of great stuff comes from China and I expect the Rogaine comes from there too.
Has anyone else used Maxogain and did it work?
That's interesting, it purports to be from Canada. On the website they have their HQ in Canada, so they must just manufacture it in HK. Did it say "Made in Hong Kong?" on the back? Did you try any other minoxidil which DID help you after trying this one?
Just saw this product called Maxogain on Ebay from Canada. It supposedly contains 2 other ingredients (apart from 5% minoxidil) called Thymiskon and NTR-FLA. Has anyone tried it and is it any better than pure minoxidil? Doesn't seem much more expensive that any other but I'm dubious because I...
OMGs hair transplant was helped along by the LLLT but I would not make a decision on whether LLLT can help hair or not based on OMG's website. Yes, there's great information about lasers there and there is some definate evidence laser treatment can help. If there was no evidence at all...
I wonder why these people who claim to have found the secret to hair restoration sell ebooks rather than publishing a proper book available in all good book stores, then we can could get proper reviews of them on Amazon. :woot:
Thanks lothar972, I'm not crazy then! I will give it a try then on the principle that there is some effect produced buy you need sufficient power, probably like with a helmet for longer exposure.
I see hairhoper's comment "Yes it is a scam", is this from first hand experience using a...
An article on BBC about permanent side effects of propecia/finasteride

But aren't there studies showing their usefulness (I'm not talking about the crappy handhelds). Are you suggesting the LLLT therapy used at hairloss centres are nothing but light shows? Is it all a scam?
Hi
I see there are these 2 natural methods marketed for helping hair loss. The Maliniak at least seems like another money making scam because you are directed to getting your credit card out to find BUY the biggest secret solution (after being teased with it). Can anyone explain how to do...
Hi
After having bought a power grow laser comb and seeing the material on http://www.overmachogrande.com about laser therapy, it looks like the only way to get any results from laser therapy is to not using the low power hand held devices out there but make one. When I look at...
