Not sure if I have missed this somewhere, but how much help would this be with maintenance? Any regrowth is obviously awesome, but does it slow down the loss of what hair you currently have?
A sort of addition to point 23, how would this impact the ability to use topical treatments in the future?
Obviously we would all love for this to take us to NW1 town, but realistically speaking how does it interact with other treatments.
Vinc, brate, can you please ask a couple of questions for me. Firstly, when they say 90% success rate what does that exactly mean; i.e. do all those have a great result? And for the remaining 10% does that mean no results or just very little? Additionally, when it comes to success does this work...
Thanks for the update. Just out of interest why are you doing EOD on Seti when the half life is around 12 hours? Surely, it would be better to take 100mg twice a day?
I believe that the reduction in PGD2 and increase in PGE2 was the ultimate combination. However, that is not to say that the reduction of PGD2 cannot help on it's own and could still probably yield very meaningful results.
Ultimately, so I don't have to constantly think about hair. The days of just being able to go past a mirror without looking to see if your hair is all in place so it doesn't show any thin areas - or even simple things like drying your wet hands on your hair. It isn't all just about the aesthetic...
Well, based on the Kerastem website it should be as this is what they say - "Phase II clinical trial of 70 patients suffering with Androgenetic Alopecia". So I imagine it would be applicable for male pattern baldness. Based on the links to clinics that already offer it, the Japanese clinic already has a dedicated section and shows...
No worries, I am happy to try and find out more as obviously it would also benefit me to have this treatment :) The Madrid clinic is unavailable at the moment and their number doesn't even ring, and upon emailing them I received just a generic reply saying they are on holiday and would try to...
Granted, there will be some wastage by going down the oral route, however, it will be easier to take that way for me than to try and apply topically. The £ to US $ exchange rate also means that this is slightly more favorable for me given my location - although naturally it could be cheaper it...
Well, based on Kythera's presentation material in March 2015 (can be found on their website) the safety profile of Seti has been proven across numerous studies and there have been very few side effects - and even then, only one severe side effect was noted down during studies. Therefore, that...
Well, based on Kythera's March presentation (http://files.shareholder.com/downloads/AMDA-MFNLA/4023632629x0x817836/4E5AC47A-B9EE-4296-9D97-631C0F6B7C97/KYTH-105_setipiprant_.pdf) Seti has been tested numerous times without adverse effects. The presentation shows that there was only 1 incidence...
I am trying to find out. I have spoken to Eric Daniels from Kerastem and he assured me that the two clinics in Europe (Spain and Switzerland) both can administer this treatment. I have flagged up to him that neither of the clinics have it on their website, however, he has said it is relatively...
