    Is Walkers' Signature Tape Bad? Or I Got A Defective Product?

    Have been using No Shine and decided to try Walkers' Signature Tape. (Purchased via amazon) It just wont attach to the lace. I cleaned the lace with dish soap and yet it wont attach to lace. It attaches to the poly just fine. Has anyone ever used this tape?
