    Give it another 6 months or throw in the towel? Lots of differing opinions on this forum. Some say if your hair loss increases after treatment you should stop and move on to sometimes my else. Others say you need to give it a full year and that too many people quit too early.

    Pulled these hairs from the top of my head. They should all be the longer size (about an inch). But the last two days I’ve been also shedding these tiny hairs about a third of the size. Could this be regrown hair that is now falling out again?

    That looks like AA for sure. Obviously not ideal but AA is rarely permanent. Ive always had success with corticosteroid injections. Good luck!

    Also I was under the impression that propecia only worked for men. Seems like an odd prescription. I’ve had AA and I’m convinced that stress is a major trigger. Get proper treatment and you’ll likely see good results and that will lower your stress but be patient!
