I don't really have any previous pictures to compare but it i feel like my right temple has gotten worse. Is this a maturing or too far in for a 18 year old?

There is a sharp pulsing pain at my right temple where recession is happening. It is not severe but bad enough to be bothersome. It's inconsistent but scary for it only to be happening at where the recession is. Anyone else have this happening to them?

My hair started growing upwards only at 16-17 so these photos I have are about a year to 8 months old. my hair covered my forehead entirely before then. When I was looking through them I saw evidence inconsistency in my hairline.

From afar it looked like it was just a maturing hairline but i took some in depth photos and saw a bundle of miniaturized hairs and was wondering if this will get worse in the future. Is there any cause for concern?
