those first pictures were just caught at a bad time my face is flaring up and down at the moment. think its a winter thing

the rest of my hair is thick its just the hairline that is screwed. least when I shave it I don't have the horseshoe at the back of the head.

realistically, is it just going to prevent any further balding? is there a good chance what ive got could be thickened up? might not need a transplant if I can grow it out and pull something off if that's the case
