Could be Telogen Effluvium. If so it will only last a couple months. You just have to let it run its course It will grow back if its Telogen Effluvium . My derm originally thought this was the cause of my hairloss. Google the symptoms. Sounds alot like it. Hang in there hunny. Xoxo

You're only 19 have you tried getting to the root of your hair loss? Any tests done? Start eliminating possibilities that may be causing your hair loss. Low iron, hormones, thyroid, scalp ringworm, scalp infection. Best of wishes hunny.

Low iron can have alot to do with your hair loss if it's extremely low. Try over the counter iron with vitamin c so it absorbs better. Your iron has to be a certain level to maintain healthy hair. My iron is also low not to bad though but enough for my doctor to be concerned. I believe it was...

Your hair loss seems alot like mine! I've posted my story maybe it might help. Have you ruled out scalp ringworm? This can can cause diffuse hairloss not to mention the sores or pimples and will not go away on its own until treated orally.
