Still doing well on the same formula. No real noticeable regrowth but I'm a diffuse thinner so I'll have to give it a little more time.
Hair fall increased when I stopped using Nizoral for 3 weeks. Back on using it 1-2 times a week and everything's good again lol.
Minoxidil gave me eye bags. Zix hasn't had any sides for me, and you two are the first people I've heard from about possible sides. Possible nocebo, perhaps?
Because I'm not you, I can't say much about your experience with lost hairs after the shower. There shouldn't really be a "sticky" effect on your hair when using Zix. However, I can give you my $0.02...
1. You decreased the amount of zinc, B6, and distilled water, but kept the same amount of...
Interesting input and yes I'm familiar with the idea of becoming deficient in "essential fatty acids". I've never tried that, and don't ever plan to since my hair loss is controlled now.
With that said, I was on an intermittent fasting regimen for about 5 months or so, and any improvements on...
Quick update...
Total visible hair loss was only 35-40 today. Add in maybe 25 that I may have missed and I'm still in the green.
Won't be having another update for a few weeks since I was so thorough this time around.
I'd like to know if you guys also experience better results with the pure...
Yeah at my worst I was losing some 250+ hairs per day. I'll do another analysis today just for the hell of it. It'll be a lower hair loss count than yesterday lol.
Didn't realize how long that post was. Just wanted to be thorough in case any of you actually cared.
And once again, please don't expect revolutionary improvements just because the formula has a higher quality p5p. :)
I'd like to start by saying that my variation isn't anything incredibly groundbreaking; it'll just allow the zinc to synergize with p5p more easily.
I just don't want anyone here expecting a night-and-day difference in effectiveness VS the original formula. :)
With all that said, I'm still...
To be honest I've never tried Zix with any other form of zinc.
Studies on topical zinc have only been done with Zinc Sulfate... So I would assume they had a good reason for that.
Yeah being in Saudia Arabia doesn't make this easy lol.
Surely if you can find a product like THAT in your country, you can find zinc sulfate in a pill or tablet form.
I would look for pure zinc sulfate. That way you won't have to worry about getting the concentrations correct.
But I'm no chemist.
I use the PlusPharma zinc as well. Heptahydrate.
In the U.S it's in stock on Amazon.
