Anecdotal evidence: I took propecia for ~4 years (hard to believe it was that long!) and switched to dutasteride last month. I didn't have any significant propecia sides but I'm pretty sure that my libido is very low due to the dutasteride. Because I've been depressed before taking dutasteride...
