Can you say me at which stage of baldness I am right now?

Since the previous year I am facing hair loss issue, sometimes my scalp itches a lot and after itching flaky stuff comes on my finger or under my nails (white powdery stuff) and I notice a 2-3 hairs fall off aswell.. even my hair is thinning.. What all treatments can I do to cure this problem?
