I try to eat a tablespoon of chia seeds a day. They contain more omega 3 than any other plant. Per teaspoon contains 3.2g omega 3 ALA and 0.9 omega 6 LA. I'm vegetarian so it's a good way to include omegas in my diet.
I can't say yet as I've only been using it for about 2 months. I'm shedding a bit, but not sure whether it's the Prox-N or Hair Signals, as I started them around the same time.
I really want to try this shampoo.
