I try to eat a tablespoon of chia seeds a day. They contain more omega 3 than any other plant. Per teaspoon contains 3.2g omega 3 ALA and 0.9 omega 6 LA. I'm vegetarian so it's a good way to include omegas in my diet.

risugo, i haven't noticed any green tint. curiouscharles, the 1oz bottle has lasted me about 2 months and there is still some in the bottle.

also, i don't think it's sebum because even after washing/drying my hair [with Nizoral] it's still shiny when i part my hair..
