According to my dad the body (including hairs) repairs itself through sleep most efficiently from the hours of 11pm-2am.
And also I've had this hairline since age 14 or even younger. It's just that now I style it differently and get it thinned by my barber every 2 months with thinning scissors...
Will sleeping late even affect my hair at all?
