Does anyone know if taking 5mg of Fincar can have adverse health consequences? For example, can it lead to a higher likelihood of prostate cancer etc.? Is taking 5mg too much?

I am planning on switching from finasteride to dutasteride once my supply of finasteride runs out. I am taking 2.5mg of finasteride a day. Any recomendations on how much dutasteride to take per day? Does anyone use more than .5mg per day? Is there a loading phase for dutasteride?
