Thank you for your reply! I just went for it. Made about a weeks forth of 5% solution in ethoxydiglycol as the vehicle. Seems to be sufficient so far, but of course it’s way too early to see results. Absorbs nice, low viscosity, covers a large surface area, evaporates slowly, and no irritation...

It seems like people typically suggest a 1:1:1 ratio of ethoxydiglycol, PG, and Ethanol, but it seems like ethoxydiglycol is sufficient on its own? Is there a reason to mix the three or can I just use ethoxydiglycol?
