That's my concern with it. Long term effects can be somewhat severe and also increases the chance of prostate cancer I have read. Hair loss is one thing, long term health is another.

Thanks for the response. I have found another 2% keto shampoo that comes in 200ml bottles and costs less than nizoral 100ml 2% called Sebizole, made in New Zealand I believe. I assume that as long as keto is an active ingredient that it'll be as useful as nizoral?
