To be honest I am not sure about the size, i ordered a few months ago. However I have heard it is different for different people because of how people's scalps are. I know most dermarollers that are sold on amazon are .25mm however i'm pretty sure 1.5mm has been the best for people on this forum...

If you have a zinc deficiency than it can cause hair loss just like any defficiency in vitamins can cause or speed up hair loss. However at the same time too much zinc or a vitamins can cause hair loss. To be honest I don't know if the zinc is doing anything I think I am going to get off of it...
