Super DETECTABLE hairline please help a guy out

Some good points made there from Hair2019. @sammyboyrep attach a pic so we can get a better idea. Are you wearing UTS or a thicker poly? UTS is the thinnest at 0.03mm and will mostly be undetectable but does need proper care and bonding for the perfect exposed hairline, and you will need to...

About to take the plunge for the first time. Planning on getting a full cap hair system. Torn between LordHair and Lavivid.

Superhairpieces might be another option. I was looking into them but am happy with my currently salon, even if they are more expensive.

7 months with my system and it seems it's shedding pretty bad,was good for the first 6

Ghost Bond or any such white glue is what you should be using with UTS. 2 layers are enough for a 5 - 10 day hold. As for the knots, use a daily leave-in spray conditioner before you brush your hair. For example "Aussie Miracle Hair Insurance Conditioner Detangler Spray". This also helps hold...

7 months with my system and it seems it's shedding pretty bad,was good for the first 6

6 months is about the max you'll get from a UTS, which it looks like yours is. A 0.03mm system is built to be discreet, so it will be more delicate and have a shorter lifespan. Shedding usually starts at month 4 or 5 for me, and yes it's very normal though the timing and extent will depend on...

My experience as a student living with a hair system from age 21 to 25 (4 year update)

Very interesting to read, thank you! It must have been so hard losing your hair early, but the positive at this young age is that you can wear a nice thick system and get away with so many different styles. No one will suspect you're wearing! To compare, I started losing my hair in my 20s into...

Buying A Wig For The First Time And Where To Buy Them

The original post is from almost 6 years ago and he hasn't logged in since 2019. I don't think you'll get any response. I would guess that user Beauty101 is simply plugging their own service.

Hairloss system providers in Germany or Switzerland

TCP subscription is for the hair system only, not the service costs i.e. cut-in and maintenance, which vary depending on the salon. A cut-in can cost 200+ Euros and maintenance 100+ , so learn to do the maintenance yourself for sure. If you take good care of the hair then a TCP system can last...

Hairloss system providers in Germany or Switzerland

I use TCP. They can be good but you need a good stylist who works with you to design the system you want. I'd recommend either having a stylist that's close enough to you (let's say a couple of hours drive) , or you learn to maintain the system yourself - which isn't hard to do really. If you...

Base shrunk in size after washing with hot water

Heat shrinks a poly / UTS base for sure. It's happened to me many times in the past. Can happen in hot weather too, and most certainly if you have a hot shower.

Best Hair System Sellers from UK and Europe and China

Would be great if they offered a cut-in service. The hard part is not getting hold of the hair pieces, it's finding a good stylist to fit and cut the system in.

Does anyone here even use full head bond with liquid adhesive besides me?

I use white bond, currently Ghost Bond Platinum. I don't see much difference between the brands though. I only use 1 layer of bond, which gives a 5 to 7 day hold on average. Sometimes I have to re-do the hairline in-between if I'm going out and want to style the hair up or back. So the 1...

Anyone here used Super Hair Pieces ...?

@jeepwrangler there's a salon? I thought SHP were a supplier from China. Where did you get the cut-in?

What's the point on creams and serums?

Just use leave-in conditioner sprays. They're good for the hair and provide a light, natural hold. I have used various brands like Aussie or Revlon Equave. Currently testing out a collagen spray but too early to know results.
