Sadly, it is not side effect free. I have noticed significant fatigue on the drug at low doses orally. I'm talking only 25mg. Hoping topical helps with this but not getting my hopes up.

I imagine the reason finasteride may work better than dp2 antagonists in regrowing hair is because finasteride also ought to raise PGE2 at the same time it is diminishing the overproduction of prostaglandin D synthase. PGE2 and D2 are made from the same two parent compounds by different enzymes...

I am not sure that it turned out to be rubbish, it just wasn't any better than drugs that were already available. There's a difference.

Can either of you state your dose and dosing regimen? This is one of the side effects I am most worried about.
