Clearly, no matter how much you suppress dht, it will not permanently completely stop Androgenetic Alopecia and even castration didn't regrow much. Clearly this, means there's some alternate mechanism of hair loss that is potentiated by androgens and partially remains after even total androgen elimination. Or...
