Sorry, I meant minoxidil and nizoral for two months now... finasteride for over a year. Help!

Currently on finasteride, minoxidil, nizoral. Just started the minoxidil and nizoral 2 months ago, been on finasteride for over a year. finasteride doesn't really seem to be working, I'm still thinning.
