Judging from the above it's hard to pin it down, but if zinc was having a remedial effect maybe you've developed a tolerance for the 15mg or so you were taking? I'm no expert and it seems like all we've got to go on is loosely educated guesses - the only thing for sure is that it can only be finasteride...
