    Hi guys. There's much talk on this forum about topical spironolactone, but does anyone here take ORAL Spironolactone? If not, why not? If so, what are your experiences with it? (side effects, etc., etc.)

    Try Finasteride?

    Definitely go on Finasteride! Keeping your hair by taking measures now, is a lot easier than trying to regrow it. If you can get your doctor to prescribe it, get the 5 mg tablets: they're the same price as the 1 mg tablets, will are more efficacious.
