I have a bit of thinning in the crown and receding but in general my hair just sucks it is so dry brittle and damaged it is really weird not to mention i have like 30 totally random silver hairs around the side and back of my head they are like scattered out what the heck do i have?

But does that equal better results?

I have been using Minoxidil for 3 years i have had good results but have kind of hit a plateau. Now im wondering and my question is would applying it on a damp scalp get me back over the hump so to speak? I have always applied to bone dry hair.
