Thanks kmm, I have noticed 20-30 or so hairs a day on my desk since I started a day job about 18 mo ago, but its never picked up or been consistent, seems fairly normal but I do notice it. Eyebrows too.

I'm really intrigued by this post as someone who is 23 and seeing an ever so slight amount of scalp near the vertex. Is it possible I never noticed a little scalp there all along - is it indeed something that can 'stay like that forever'? I know an unanswerable question in any definite sense...
